Yoghurt & Dried Fruits Granola Bowl

Here is an easy way to make a granola bowl recipe that not only is a quick fix, but also the perfect start to your day. Filled with dried fruits, oats and yoghurt, this recipe leaves you energised and gives you the power to seize the day.

What You’ll Need

3/4th cup granola

1 cup fruits and dried fruits of your choice

1/2 cup yoghurt

Sliced and roasted coconut and chia seeds

Here’s How You Can Put It All Together

Step 1: Place the yoghurt in a bowl

Step 2: Add the fruits and dried fruits to it.

Step 3: Top it with granola, chia seeds and sliced coconut. Serve and enjoy!

What You’ll Need

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup granola

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Salt to taste

Here’s How You Can Put It All Together

Step 1: Melt the peanut butter for 30 seconds on a pan to turn it into semi-liquid.

Step 2: Take the granola in a bowl and add cinnamon powder, salt, vanilla essence and peanut butter to it.

Step 3: Mix everything well and use an ice cream scoop or a big spoon to scoop out balls. Further, use your hand to make them firm.

Step 4: Cool these for 10 minutes and store them to enjoy whenever.

2 cups granola

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp nut butter

1/2 cup dark chocolate or milk chocolate

1/2 cup golden raisins

1/2 cup dried cranberries

Step 1: Double boil the chocolate on a medium flame. Add the dark chocolate granola to it and stir.

Step 2: Mix in the other ingredients.

Step 3: Scrape the chocolate bark mix onto the sheet and spread it in a 1/2 inch thick layer.
