Over the past years, Bollywood has given us some brilliant films that will surely be a part of us for a long time. One of my favorite actor-director duo, Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty have never failed to entertain us with their films in the past. One of my all-time favorite films, ‘Singham‘ marks 10 years today since its release date. From the script to the cinematography, everything was brilliantly executed and fans were in love with Ajay’s character.
Looking at the success and the response that the film got, Ajay and Rohit decided to come up with a sequel, Singham Returns (2014). It was very evident that the duo was comfortable and confident enough that the audience was wanting more from the ‘Singham’ franchise. And if that was not enough, Rohit went ahead and added two more cops in the franchise, ‘Simmba‘ featuring Ranveer Singh and ‘Sooryavanshi‘ featuring Akshay Kumar.
Rohit and Ajay have worked on other projects as well in the past and are known for delivering brilliant films. As per the reports of Bollywood Hungama, Ajay in a recent statement to the media said, “Rohit Shetty knows exactly how to present me.” This surely shows that Ajay and Rohit have a very good understanding, on set as well as off the set.
