Over the past few months, the film industry had to delay its shoot schedules and film release dates due to the ongoing pandemic. The second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic was tough and in order to curb the spread of the virus, cinema halls had been shut for a long time. Now that there have been some relaxations in the lockdown rules, filmmakers and production houses have started shooting again, following all the Covid-19 protocols.

Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi starrer ‘Chehre‘ was supposed to release earlier this year. But due to the second wave of the pandemic, the release date was postponed. As per the reports of Entertainment Times, the makers are finally gearing up for the theatrical release of their film. Now that theatres can operate once again, the makers of the thriller have picked a tentative release date.

The team was actually hoping for an April release initially but now they are looking at August. The film might either release on August 27 or September 3. There are also reports that the makers will be soon dropping a second trailer soon. I am super excited that the film will be out in cinema halls soon and can’t wait to go and watch it on the big screen.
With that said, hope you all are doing well and staying safe. Always wear a mask while stepping out and sanitize your hands regularly.
