The excitement is building up as Vaani Kapoor and Akshay Kumar’s film, Bell Bottom is all set for a theatrical release tomorrow! It’s been a long time since we had a proper theatrical release, and now, even the thought of visiting the theatre is getting me all excited. In a recent interview, Vaani spoke about her experience of working alongside Akshay Kumar.
Bell Bottom helmed by Ranjit Tiwari is based on the story of a plane that got hijacked by Khalistani separatists in the 1980s during Indira Gandhi’s time as the Prime Minister of India. Akshay Kumar will be seen playing the role of Agent Bell Bottom, Vaani will be playing the role of his wife while Lara Dutta will be seen portraying Indira Gandhi’s role.
In a conversation with ET Times, Vaani Kapoor shared her experience of working with Akshay Kumar-
He’s a megastar with a massive audience who loves watching his films. Even I love watching his films. I think he has aced practically every genre. It’s just great to be associated with people who have so much experience and a sense of understanding in terms of what the audience wants. So, it’s a good part and it’s a great sense of learning for me as well. He is a very fun person to work with, very approachable and very supportive.
I am super excited to watch this movie in the theatre, can’t wait to see what the entire cast has in store for us!
