After the super success of the previous two parts of the Fukrey franchise, fans have been eagerly waiting for Fukrey 3. There was a huge buzz when fans got to know that there will be the third part as well to this franchise. Somewhere around this time last year, actor Varun Sharma took to social media confirming that there will be yet another part to the film.
As per a report in Entertainment Times, actress Richa Chadha has now confirmed that due to Covid-19 related protocols, there will be a delay in the shooting schedule of Fukrey 3 by a few months. This is mainly because the movie will involve filming large crowd sequences. Helmed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba, the movie was to go on floors in April but was put on hold due to the second wave of the pandemic.
As per the report, Richa in a recent statement released to the media said
“With Excel Entertainment I have a certain comfort level, so we can always work together, whenever, I love that team. By the likes of it, keeping everyone’s dates and personal commitments in mind, it will perhaps happen at the end of this year or early next year”.
Just like the fans, I too have enjoyed watching both the parts and have eagerly been waiting to hear updates on the development of part 3. I am sure that we all are in for a great treat with Fukrey 3. I am super excited about this one and surely can’t wait to see what the entire cast has in store for us.
