Bollywood actor, Kunal Kapoor who rose to fame from the film, Rang De Basanti has made a mark for himself ever since then. The actor has been a part of some good films in the past and has won hearts through his brilliant performances. Kunal has been getting a lot of praise for his outstanding performance in the web series, The Empire.
As per a report in Bollywood Hungama, Kunal is all set to take on another role in his career. He is extremely excited to launch his own production house and turn into a producer very soon. In a recent statement released to the media, Kunal revealed the news saying
“I’ve been writing stories since my days as an assistant director. And I would love to bring those stories to life not only as an actor but also as a producer and director. As an actor, you have little control over what stories you get a chance to tell. You can only choose from what you are offered and you’re part of someone else’s vision. But as a producer, you have a chance to bring your own vision to life”.
Kunal already has the perfect story in mind for his first home production. He will be seen working on the biopic of Shiva Keshavan, a six-time Winter Olympian and the first Indian representative to compete in luge at the Winter Olympic Games also known as, ‘India’s Fastest Man on Ice.’
The actor also believes that it’s a story about the spirit of India. It’s a story of resilience and the path less taken. A celebration of our culture and diversity.
