There has been a lot of buzz around actress Rhea Chakraborty joining the Salman Khan-hosted reality show Bigg Boss 15. In fact, certain media reports have stated that the makers have been constantly meeting with the Bollywood actress to negotiate her fees for the season. The latest speculations stated that Rhea might enter the show as a wild card contestant in the weeks to come. However, we all now have clarity over Rhea’s Bigg Boss 15 news.
According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, Rhea is not joining Bigg Boss 15. Talking to the portal, Rhea’s close friend said,
“Rhea is not going on Bigg Boss. We don’t know where the rumour comes from. It is the worst signal she can send out to the film industry at a time when she’s trying to re-establish her career in movies. Such rumours are allowed to gain momentum because Rhea is not speaking to the press. Once she breaks her silence she can clear the air once and for all.”
For those who don’t know, Rhea’s life and career took an ugly turn after her late boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide. While the actress was accused of having involvement in the actor’s demise, she was later acquitted. On the work front, Rhea was last seen in the movie Chehre. I would have liked seeing the actress on the show, but well, I guess she has bigger things to deal with. And I wish her all the best for them.
