I gotta admit something to you all. I’m amazed at how Instagram is coming up with new features, filters, updates almost every week. There is honestly immense growth on this platform for many artists and creators. Since literally, everyone has started using filters for their stories, I have come up with a fresh set of 7 filters to make your Friday into a Fri-yay. So, scroll down, ‘cause you never know, it might amp up your Insta game by a notch.

1. Monday – Red Light, Green Light by Eugene Soh
Starting with this filter ‘cause it’s the most topical show currently, amirite? If you’ve not watched ‘Squid Game‘ you defo should watch it tonight itself. Coming to this filter, I wonder how difficult it must be to put in just the right animations for the red and green light with the right coordination of the rotating face, kudos!
2. Tuesday – Never Have I Ever by Lauren
Also, never have I ever disliked any of these filters and what about you? This filter is quite interactive and even fun to watch that I bet you wouldn’t skip these stories. Basically, there’ll be questions that’ll be asked to you and you just have to be honest while answering them. Nod right for ‘I have’ and left for ‘I have not’! Go try out this fun filter right away.
3. Wednesday – Mom Meter by @atoddlerthing
Whoa, this is a super-duper quirky filter for all the moms out there! This filter tells you what type of mom are you just to get funny reactions to it, ‘cause I know for a fact that all mothers are supermoms in their own respective ways. So why shy away, try this filter out right away if you’re a mommy!
4. Thursday – Devil’s Food Cake by Shuba
This is a transitional filter, isn’t that like an add on advantage? There is one filter for the first 10 seconds that switches to the second filter automatically. The first being a Sufi vibe that swiftly moves to the devil vibe. The vibe shift is so unique and catchy. Once you try let it, us know which one do you like more too!
5. Friday – Faad Magician by RJ Abhinav
As children, we always wanted to try and experiment with magic on our friends whether with cards or actual pieces of equipment. This filter will give magician vibes with all the hypothetical and VFX effects. Honestly, I feel like I’m in the Harry Porter movie until I get psyched. 6. Saturday – Neon Dancer by Instagram
What better way to celebrate your Saturday night, than with this filter? It’s such a neon-y vibe that it just uplifted my mood looking at their demo video only. Also, the filter totes make me wanna go for a clubbing night with my friends. However, cannot as the number of Covid-19 cases is rising again so I’m staying safe indoors and you should too.
7. Sunday – Indie Kid by Carlitos Cantero
This filter has become so famous lately that I love the chic vibe that it’s got. It’s just too classy as well as sassy. If the saying ‘throw around sass like confetti’ had a filter, it would be this filter for sure! Hands down this has to be one of my fave filters and not to forget it’s defo going in my saves, wbu?
