Remember the young Pooja from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham who troubled the young Rohan with the ‘chandu ke chacha‘ tongue-twister? Well, she has grown to be one pretty girl who is now gearing up to get back to the industry. Yes, actress Malvika Raaj (the younger and adorable version of Pooh from K3G), is soon making her full-fledged Bollywood debut with a film titled Squad. And she will be seen opposite, Danny Denzongpa‘s son Rinzing Denzongpa.
She will be playing the role of a sharpshooter and we will see her doing some high-octane action scenes as well. The film is directed by Nilesh Sahay and will premiere on Zee5 on 12th November 2021.
Talking about her film, Malvika says:
I am really excited for the film to reach the audience. The film revolves around a little Indian girl, who we rescue and bring back to our country amid all odds. My character in the film is a sniper shooter. All I can say is that my character is very sharp but also a lot of fun! She lives life on the edge and can handle tough situations with a lot of ease. It was so amazing shooting for this film. It’s edgy, thrilling, and entertaining all at the same time. We have shot at some great yet challenging locations, which adds to the whole look of the film.
I am totally hoping for Malvika to leave a strong impact with her action-packed role. And apart from saying all the best, I’d like to say to her, welcome back to Bollywood!
