We are finally getting to see at least one love story going on to the next level, tthat of marriage, as the very talented Rajkummar Rao and the beautiful Patralekhaa get set to tie the knot. The past few days saw a lot of rumours doing the rounds and we were left wondering about the exact dates when Raj and Patralekhaa would actually take their wedding vows. Well, seems like the wait is over and the lovebirds are finally going to be husband and wife.
Yesterday, an ETimes report said that Huma Qureshi was one of the first guests to have arrived at the Chandigarh venue for the wedding and that Hansal Mehta was one of the other few guests that had been invited for the ceremony which would was scheduled for November 14. The Mehendi ceremony was to take place on November 13. It is also being said that Raj had finalised on the venue as his wedding destination when he was shooting at the same location a few days back.
While this wedding is supposed to be a low-key affair, one of the couple’s friends, Varun Singhaniaa, happened to share a few pictures and a video of Raj proposing to Patralekhaa in the most romantic way and I couldn’t help feeling overwhelmed by the love in that clip. As Raj went down on his knees to offer the ring to the beauty, the bride-to-be too went down on her knees as well and accepted it. Apart from this video, a picture of Saqib Saleem posing with other guests has also been floating around. Besides, the whole white wedding theme is a vibe in itself and I am so waiting for more pictures from this fairytale wedding.
Speaking of their relationship, Raj and Patralekhaa have been dating for more than 10 years. They have also been living-in for a very long time. And now that they are finally tying the knot, I can’t wait to see if they throw a separate reception for their other Bollywood friends once they are in the city.
