Actress Manushi Chhillar looks quite befitting in the role of princess Sanyogita in the teaser of Prithviraj. The film looks full of grandeur and I am looking forward to watching it on the big screen. While it is an experience for us to witness the teaser, I can only imagine the experience the cast would have had while shooting for it. In fact Manushi, Miss World 2017, who is making her acting debut with this one has only been overwhelmed by working on the period drama.

In a statement, Manushi said,

I couldn’t have asked for a bigger debut and I’m deeply honoured that I could play her on-screen. Her life, her values, her resilience, her courage, her honour is what legends are made of and I’m so fortunate that I got to know so much about her in the process of prepping and portraying Princess Sanyogita on screen. I hope I have done justice to her and what she stood for. I’m excited for everyone to see her story.
Not only this, Manushi is also thankful for the constant support she received from co-star Akshay Kumar.

Yash Raj Films’ historical drama stars Akshay Kumar in the titular role. Other than that, Sanjay Dutt and Sonu Sood are also part of the film. The Chandraprakash Dwivedi directorial is based on the life and valour of the fearless and mighty Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan. Akshay will be essaying the role of the legendary warrior who fought valiantly against the merciless invader Muhammad of Ghor. The film releases worldwide on 21st January, 2022.
I must say, with the teaser being so spectacular, I am waiting to see how the trailer stuns me.
