If you ask any dancer or even a millennial, pretty much all of them would know who Melvin Louis is. He has blown all of us away with his unique dance styles and charismatic personality. Not to mention, his dance Reels on Instagram have quite the charm on us as well. For him, dancing is just not his passion but a routine and that’s the reason Malini’s Girl Tribe organised a super fun Dance MasterClass at ‘The Space‘ in Juhu, Mumbai. It was our first ever offline event after the pandemic hit but all the necessary safety measures such as double vaccination proof, sanitizing hands, wearing masks, etc were taken care of. Dance MasterClass With Melvin Louis
It was amazing to watch so many enthusiastic girls join the Dance MasterClass and get an opportunity to have a candid conversation with Melvin. There were around 20 to 25 girls who were not only big fans of Melvin but also dance lovers. Each of them had a different style of performing just like Melvin himself. The song that Melvin chose to teach all the girls to dance on was ‘Jugnu‘ by Badshah and who wouldn’t want to groove on such an amazing song? On being asked why he chose this song he said ofc I had to go for this one as it’s trending all over Instagram. We totes loved how energetic and pumped up he was while teaching the girls, isn’t he the best?
His Solo Performance
How could we end the MasterClass without Melvin not performing solo? This is all that we always wait for on Instagram too, as to when would he post his dancing Reels. We were amazed to watch him perform live and set ‘The Space’ on fire! He’s truly super smooth and seamless with his moves. Another aspect which we’d like to mention here is how he always improvises on his steps. He doesn’t stick to a pattern but just goes with the flow and that’s what a true dancer would do, right?
Melvin Plays A Rapid Fire Round
OMG, this has to be one of the best parts of the MasterClass which is all about games. So, we got Melvin to answer a few rapid-fire questions to get this event a lil‘ spicier and his answers were just mind-blowingggg! We asked him about his fave Reel trends, a trend that he’s obsessed with, and a cute message for all the girls out there.
