Salman Khan‘s films are always most anticipated and what I like about them is that how the superstar not just brings out an entertainer, but the stories of his films are also very heartwarming. In fact, in 2015, when Bajrangi Bhaijaan was released, the high on emotions story surely tugged many heartstrings. Yesterday, on the occasion of his birthday, Salman made a revelation about the film’s sequel. According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, Salman stated that Bajrangi Bhaijaan‘s sequel has been titled Pavan Putra Bhaijaan.
The Bigg Boss 15 host also spoke about his other projects in 2022. Just sometime back during an RRR event, the superstar had joked about associating with SS Rajamouli for a film. That statement led to speculations about Rajamouli directing this sequel which is being written by his father K.V. Vijayendra Prasad. However, Salman said that there is nothing like that.

If it happens it will be great as Rajamouli is a very good director. But I am definitely working with his father, K.V. Vijayendra Prasad. He has written the script of Bajrangi Bhaijaan, and now he is writing its sequel too and has named it Pavan Putra Bhaijaan. As soon as he completes it, and I complete shooting these two films, I’ll start shooting them.
Currently, Salman is shooting for Tiger 3 and Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali which are slated for a 2022 release. And once these films are completed the actor is likely to start work on this sequel. He also mentioned why Kabir Khan has not been onboarded to direct the film, stating that the director doesn’t like sequels in general.
As for Tiger 3, the film is slated to release in Christmas 2022 and I am surely looking forward to it.
