Over the gone weekend, Vashu Bhagnani and Jackky Bhagnani‘s Pooja Entertainment shared an interesting video on social media, teasing that one of their biggest announcements were in the offing. While there were many possibilities running through my mind, there were some recent speculations of Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff teaming up for an actioner, so, I was rooting for that to be it. And as it turns out, it’s happening.
Taking to social media, Akshay shared an action-packed announcement video of his next with Tiger and it’s got me all pumped up. The film is titled Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and it’s a spiritual reboot of the 1998 film that brought together two of the biggest superstars of that time, Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda. It is being helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar and is being touted as the biggest action entertainer.

The announcement video sees Tiger fighting off some men in a tunnel in his signature style, while Akshay makes a smashing entry breaking the wall. Their banter in the end has just showed the camaraderie I am in for on the big screen when the film releases on Christmas 2023, and it’s surely going to be cracking.
It now ensures that Tiger has blocked the Christmas release date for the next two years as this year he has Ganapath with Kriti Sanon and Elli AvrRam releasing during the holidays, while next year, it will be Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. As for Akshay, the actor seems to be on an announcement spree as he recently also announced his first collaboration with Emraan Hashmi, titled Selfiee.
While Tiger is the action superstar of this generation, Akshay has been enjoying that reputation for decades now, and them coming together will surely be a blast on the screen. Their action prowess combined will surely set the screens on fire, and this is now turning out to be the biggest offing in 2023 that I am extremely excited about. This one will be legendary.
