I adore Ranveer Singh for not just his energy but the fact that he is all heart and so impulsive. The actor is also such a delight when he is talking about things he loves – be it acting or football, music or his wife, Deepika Padukone. Ranveer Singh went live on Instagram yesterday while heading back from a photoshoot for a magazine yesterday and the actor opened up about many things. He gave an update on his wifey and also shared some really interesting anecdotes which you guys shouldn’t miss out on! He was in a completely casual mode with his fans on Instagram.
So, here’s some update for all of you! Singh shared that DP is shooting in Spain for Pathaan also starring Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. And here’s what he had to say.

My wife’s out of town, shooting for Pathaan, which is a big actioner for Yash Raj Films with The King Shah Rukh Khan and sexy John Abraham. Deepika was telling me, John has such a hot body and I was like, oh yes, he has one hot bod on him. She is in Majorca, shooting a glamourous song. It’s amazing. It’s Sidharth Anand and Vishal Shekhar, so you get the vibes right. Vaibhavi (Mercent) Ma’am is shooting it. It’s exciting because I have the privilege of being Deepika’s husband and she gives me the sneak peak of how she’s looking. My God! She’s just scorching it. Super fit, super glamourous. It looks like aag lag jayegi screen pe. That’s the update on the wifey.
While talking about choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant, Ranveer also shared that the she has choreographed a song for Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani and got nostalgic about his first film.
He said,
Vaibhavi ma’am has killed it in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani, it was such a delight to shoot back with her. She just smashed that song to pieces. It’s like fire, sailaab. Karan and me included are thrilled with the way the song has come out. And now Vaibhavi ma’am is with Deepika in Spain. You know the funny part? I started my career with Vaibhavi ma’am. She took the first shot of my first song, Tarkeebein, which was 10 years ago. And if I’m not mistaken, after having put that many years between the two of them – Vaibhavi and Deepika, I think this is the first time they are collaborating. Isn’t that strange that their paths have never crossed.
