I have been very amazed and impressed to see how actress Nikki Tamboli‘s journey has panned out after Bigg Boss 14. And now as we see her on The Khatra Show, there have been so many things about Nikki that I have discovered during Khatron Ke Khiladi and after Bigg Boss. Professionally, the actress is in a good space, with web shows, music videos, and lots more in her kitty.
I recently spoke to Nikki about how life has changed post-Bigg Boss, her latest show, and also about how she is misunderstood for just being herself at times.

On The Khatra Show…
It’s so exciting, but also exhausting. I have finished shooting day before yesterday and I am still on bed, my parents have to literally push me to have food also. I have bruises all over my body, its hectic but you ignore it because it’s so much fun on set. Haarsh Limbaachiya and Bharti Singh are another level, I have seen characters like them in my life. Their one liners and games are too much fun. After Bigg Boss, this is one of the best reality show to go on.
On how life has changed post-Bigg Boss 14…
Bigg Boss gave me a recognition. People accepted me the way I am, the best part has been that whenever I go out people tell me to never change. Sometimes on Bigg Boss you are not able to display your soft side, but once you are out and meet people is when people come to know about that side of you. Everyone has seen my journey after Bigg Boss, children come to me and say they have seen me on Khatron Ke Khiladi and I say why you have seen me on it.
On being misunderstood…
I’m a straightforward person and I always talk from my heart. I don’t like to sugarcoat things and that’s why may be sometimes I am misunderstood but the people who love me and understand me know what I’m saying and where my feelings come from, so they will never judge me.
On her most heartwarming moment to date…
There are loads of adorable moments I’ve had post my Bigg Boss journey, I remember a fan gifting me a hand drawn sketch. All the messages received as for how much they miss watching me on screen everyday. More over I feel proud that my parents are recognized by my name and that’s one of the most wonderful feeling one can ever have.
On her upcoming projects…
There are a lot of upcoming projects I have in the pipeline. I’m in talks for a blockbuster song and some web-series. There’s a lot to unveil which I will talk about super soon.
Well, I always believe, like a coin has two sides, a human being does too. And seeing both sides of Nikki, all I can tell her is that more power to you girl. Keep shining always!
