It’s so exciting to see such powerhouse talents like Ayushmann Khurrana and Jaideep Ahlawat team up for a film. The teaser of An Action Hero itself was extremely intriguing and I wait to see what more the film has to unveil.

Now the makers have announced the film’s release date which is December 2, 2022. The film is directed by debutant Anirudh Iyer who’s been assistant director to Aanand L Rai for films like Zero and Tanu Weds Manu Returns. The director sounded pretty confident as he spoke about the film.
Anirudh Iyer said,
“Bringing alive our vision for An Action Hero with Ayushmann and Jaideep has been a blast. Both are brilliant performers and our schedules so far have been quite productive. I am happy with the outcome so far and we can’t wait to show you what we have in store!”
Rai’s Colour Yellow Productions also produces An Action Hero with Bhushan Kumar’s T-series.
Talking about An Action Hero hitting the theatres this year, producer Aanand L Rai said,
“Colour yellow is always excited to bring newer stories newer world for its audience. Happy to have two of my favourite actors Ayushman and Jaideep in this thrilling journey of An Action Hero.”
