They had a nice dance rivalry between the groom and bride’s team which was honestly very interesting to watch. Check it out for yourself!

And here’s the day when their happily ever after began! We’re so happy for the two of them and wish them all the love and light in their future journeys together. Btw, read what Simran had to say about being a new bride…

First of all, let me say that I was welcomed with so much love, care, and many gifts. In all honesty, acclimating to a new environment takes time with a range of emotions. In the beginning, you kinda also see a different version of yourself, one that is extremely feminine with sindoor, mangalsutra, and chudha.

On being asked about her wedding experience this is what she had to say…

According to you, which was your favourite wedding function and why?

My favourite part of the wedding was the main Phera ceremony, where my brothers held the ‘phoolon ki chadar’ whereas my sister and bridesmaids walked towards the mandap holding cute template cards. Since Phera represents the moment you tie the knot with your life partner in front of your family and friends, it has special for me. It was a very moving and sentimental time as my parents, siblings, brother-in-law and best friends signed my lehenga to keep all the memories intact.

There was a contract at your wedding, which you made the groom change. Tell us a little more about this.

The entire contract was created by the groom’s side as a joke, and it was loaded with clauses they knew I wouldn’t accept. They gave me the actual ‘contract’, which depicts the bride and groom playing equal roles after I rejected the initial contract as expected by everyone. The idea for the contract came from the groom’s side, and the first contract had a few clauses that I didn’t like. They were astute enough to obtain a second contract that was planned in advance, contained fair terms, and was centered on the equality of the bride and groom.

You had really different concepts in your wedding shenanigans which made it very unique! How did you come up with these ideas?

I looked at numerous Reels, read numerous blogs about wedding entry ideas and concepts, watched numerous YouTube videos, and also talked about it with my event manager. We combined our thoughts to produce each concept.

Lastly, share a message for all the brides-to-be out there?

Don’t try to be someone else, doing so will only provide you with fleeting satisfaction. Instead, be yourself. Don’t forget to be yourself and make sure you are content, comfortable, and happy when trying to make other people happy.

Ensure that you get adequate rest, sleep, and water. Please refrain from experimenting with new skincare or haircare products. You don’t need to go on a crash diet or lose weight to look gorgeous on your wedding day. Just be yourself and confident.

All in all, their fairytale wedding was filled with lots of love and fun and we hope they’re always in love today and forever. On that note, follow @missmalinitrending to get more information about your fave influencers, trends and creators. Stay safe!
