And she recently celebrated her 50th Birthday on 20th July which was no less grand than her work while also celebrating her marking two decades of her glorious career! When celebrating such a special event, the venue definitely had to be equally rich, if not more! And the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Colaba served just as the perfect venue to celebrate both events as it completely matched the emotions with its solidarity, charm, and resilience. And that’s not all! To add more bling to this grand affair, the widely loved singer Manasi Scott performed at the high tea, turning the event much more joyous and musical. Farah Khan, Bhavna’s long-time friend, also addressed the room to raise a toast to the glorious years of First Impression‘s journey as well as the Golden birthday. The event also saw big names from the industry like Warda Nadiadwala, Sunita Gowariker, Geeta Basra, and socialities like Renu Bhandarkar, Nisha Jamwal, Tanaz Doshi along with designers like Pria Kataaria Puri and Maheka Mirpuri among many others.

The high tea decor was a sight that was not to be missed, and the pictures are proof! Conceptualised and curated with fresh exotic floral blooms by Aarathi A Arambhan of Artz Collective, the decor aptly embodied Bhavna’s vibrant vibe! Even the menu was carefully curated by the outstanding chefs of the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel with some added jazz by Mona Dalal of Menuscript Food Stories! The night ended with an intimate dinner with some of Bhavna’s closest friends in utmost warmth and comfort.

Bhavna is the founder of First Impression which is actually India’s first ever lifecasting company that introduced the concept to the country and continues to lead the market for two strong decades of practice. She casts impressions of hands and feet in metal finishes like gold, silver, bronze, and their variants as well, and she aptly refers to her art as an ‘art with a heart’!
