It was a treat for me to watch Dhanush on the big screen in the Anthony and Joseph Russo directorial-The Gray Man. Though his role did not have much screen time, he made sure it was impactful. I think it is important for actors to go out of their comfort zone and deliver. That’s why I admire him for his performance and his impressive filmography. Now, the actor will be reprising the role of Avik San aka the Lone Wolf in the sequel to the Netflix film The Gray Man.

You can check out the video here:

The Gray Man is based on an American author- Mark Greaney’s 2009 novel by the same name. The plot follows the life of CIA mercenary spy Sierra Six (Ryan Gosling) who is getting enquired by his former colleague Lloyd Hansen (Chris Evans). Apart from Dhanush, Tyan and Chris, the movie also featured Ana de Armas, Rege Jean Page and Jessica Henwick in the prominent roles.

Here is what Dhanush says in the clip…

Six, This is Lone Wolf. I hear we are both looking for the same man. I want to offer you some advice. Stop looking. You are wasting your time. Because if I find him first, there will be nothing for you to look for. And if you find him first, then I will find you. Nothing personal.

Interestingly, the directors and Netflix had announced the spinoff movie that inspects different layers of the original film’s universe. Well, I must say the audience reacted to the film in a very positive way. I can’t contain my excitement to know about the latest developments in this project.

However, the filmmakers will mark their return to the director’s chairs with this project. I am sure they will create the same magic like how they did in blockbusters like Captain America: Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.
