We were lucky enough to sit down with Aditi Rao Hydari, and speak to her a little about hair care and the Hyaluron Moisture Range!
How crucial is it to follow a hair care regime?
It’s so so important to have a hair care regime in place. Skincare and haircare, you’ve only got one of those your entire life, look after it! We spend so much time tonging our hair, straightening our hair and colouring it, but do we actually look after it? Having put it through all of that trauma? No, we don’t. So I think it’s so important to give it that care and pampering and just be really nice to your hair.
Tell us a little about your hair care regime.
Apart from my grandmother wagging her finger at me to oil my hair, something I can’t do very often now. I’ve recently started using the Hydra Filling Night Cream by L’Oreal Paris because I go to set in the morning, wake up at the crack of dawn. And not just me, a lot of us are constantly travelling and going to work, we can’t always oil and wash our hair. I think a product that looks after your hair and you, but at the same time makes your hair feel luxurious, goes a long way. It’s also a new, innovative science that is come to us with hair care because we know about Hyaluronic Acid for skincare but not for hair care.
What is the one thing you love about L’Oreal Paris’ Hyaluron Moisture Range?
Apart from the fact that we hear “You must drink water” a gazillion times, but I can’t make my hair drink water. Drinking water does go a long way but this is that extra love for my hair. There’s no other way to put it than say that waking up with fluffy, soft hair is an absolute dream. So the fact that this range contains Hyaluronic Acid that deeply nourishes, hydrates and locks in moisture is the biggest win for me.
