Vikram Vedha raised my curiosity from the time it was announced. After watching the original film featuring R. Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi, I wanted to see how Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan essay these remarkable characters. Today, the makers released the trailer of Vikram Vedha and I am speechless after watching it. The film looks high on action, drama and emotions. In a nutshell, it shows the battle between good and bad. And I am sure, it will give you goosebumps throughout.

The clip starts with a gripping background voice of Vijay Raaz, who is narrating a story. As it proceeds, you will realize the film is a cop gangster drama. Saif plays the character of the police officer Vikram whereas Hrithik essays the notorious gangster Vedha. The two minutes fifty seconds video is a combination of catchy dialogues, gripping background score, high octane action scenes and brutality.
It looks like the story is set in the locales of Uttar Pradesh where the people are unable to differentiate between the good and the bad. During some moments, you will also see Radhika Apte in the frame.
Yesterday, the makers had screened a special trailer preview for the Vikram Vedha fans in Mumbai where Saif Ali Khan, directors Pushkar-Gayatri and producer Bhushan Kumar were also present. In a heartwarming video Hrithik had announced the special preview for the fans. Read more about it here.
The movie is a part action and part whodunnit noir thriller and encompasses high octane action sequences, drama, mystery and adventure.
While the film is a few days away from its release there is already much anticipation surrounding the quintessential entertainer and particularly Saif and Hrithik’s role in the film. Well, I am waiting to watch the film in a cinema hall on September 30, 2022.
