Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal are soon to be a married couple. Almost 2.5 years after they were originally set to get married which was delayed owing to the pandemic, the actor duo are all set to celebrate their union with celebrations spreading across Delhi and Mumbai in September end and October 1st week.

Richa is currently in Mumbai shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi and Ali has been shuffling between Mumbai and Lucknow for shooting Mirzapur 3. The actors have been committed to complete shooting of their current commitments ahead of their wedding celebrations.
We have learnt that the wedding celebrations are going to take place in the National capital on September 30th and 1st and 2nd of October. Richa was originally meant to wrap up shooting this week, but her song shoot for Heeramandi has been delayed and will now wrap up late next week.
The wedding celebrations are going to conclude in Mumbai on 7th October. It will be an intimate ceremony with close family and friends and will have two grand receptions for Delhi and Mumbai on 2nd October and 7th October respectively apart from other celebratory events.
Richa will soon fly down to Delhi on 27th September and Ali will join her shortly after in order to complete all the prep for their wedding celebrations and functions which will start in Delhi first.
The couple had first met while shooting Fukrey in 2012 and love blossomed between the two. They made their relationship official at Venice during the premiere of Victoria And Abdul.
Ali proposed to Richa when they were holidaying in Maldives. The actor had planned a quiet dinner date for his lady love, where he went on to his knees to ask Richa for marriage. After seven years of dating, the actor duo decided to get hitched but pandemic played spoilt sport.
