Veteran actress and talk show host Tabassum Govil fondly known as Baby Tabassum left for heavenly abode yesterday. Her granddaughters Karishma Govil and Khushi Govil shared the news of her demise on social media.

The 78-year-old actress will be fondly remembered for the beautiful legacy she has left behind. We have seen her in films like Mughal-E-Azam, Swarg, Chameli Ki Shaadi, etc. She was also a prominent name on television, for, she was the host of the very first TV talk show in India, Phool Khilein Hai Gulshan Gulshan, other than this we also saw her in the popular TV show Ladies Special.
The late actress’s prayer meet will be held on Monday in Mumbai. We offer our sincere condolences to the family. May her soul rest in peace.
