Jamie Lever, the legendary actor Jhonny Lever‘s daughter is all set to make her acting debut in ‘Cuddles’. directed by Kabeer Khurana and also stars Viveck Vaswani, Komal Chhabria and is produced by Raakesh Desai. The film will release exclusively on Disney+Hotstar on the 3rd of December.
The story revolves around a 30-year-old Krita; played by Jamie Lever, as she has a chance encounter with Chirag uncle after almost 20 years in a park. What unfolds are some deep conversations of love, loss & moving on. Would be interesting to see Jamie’s emotional side on display with this one. It is sure to be an emotional ride with a few laughs along the way.

On being asked about why she chose to make her debut with this film, Jamie Lever added..
I was sold on the script when I met Kabeer and understood his vision as he narrated the story to me. It was difficult for me as I have always done comedy and this is a very unique project, very subtle, very real, from the heart, different from all the other things I’ve done in the past.
It would be really interesting to see what Jamie Lever has to offer to the world of films. For someone, who has only seen her showcase her art via reels or shows, this movie will be a must-watch.
