Art Director Sunil Babu passed away on 6th January, after suffering from a heart attack in Ernakulam, Kerala. He was known for his work across Hindi, Tamil and Telugu Cinema. Some of his famous works include Ghajini, Bangalore Days, MS Dhoni, Special 26 and many more.
His sudden death came as a shocker to many in the industry. Dulquer Salmaan who worked with him in one of his most iconic hits, Bangalore Days, penned down his thoughts on an Instagram post. He thanked the late director for all the memories in this emotional post.
Sunil Babu was also part of Vijay‘s next film Vasiru. His art direction in Sita Ramam, truly made the film come to life. He will always be remembered for the work he did in some of the most remarkable movies of our age, by his fans and friends alike.
