Kartik Aaryan‘s house hunt finally comes to an end, as he leases Shahid Kapoor‘s sea-facing apartment for a whopping 7.5 lakhs. Kartik who has been on a hunt for a house in the Juhu area of Mumbai finally decided to check out Shahid’s older apartment and signed a lease for three years. The actor earlier lived with his parents and sister in the city.
It was Mira Rajput Kapoor who signed the deal on behalf of her husband, Shahid. Sources also reveal that Kartik has also paid 45 Lakhs as a security deposit. Kartik has leased the apartment in the name of his mother, Mala Tiwari. This sea-facing apartment is spread across 3,681 square feet on the ground floor and basement. The actor will also have access to two parking spots within the building compound.
While Kartik moves into the Juhu apartment, Shahid and Mira have moved into their new sea-facing apartment in Worli.
