Akshay Kumar is back with another massy film, that his audience has always enjoyed. Selfiee has been making waves with its makers dropping posters and clips from the movie, which also stars Emraan Hashmi, Diana Penty, and Nushrratt Bharuccha. The makers dropped the trailer on 22nd January and the audience has poured their love out for them!
The plot starts off with Emraan and his son being the biggest fans of Akshay and wanting nothing more than a selfie with this superstar. Things turn sour as the tables turn, where Akshay is seen in need of a driver’s license and reaches the doors of Emraan’s police station. After a game of trying to one-up each other and some messy revenge, things escalate for the worse. The trailer kept me hooked throughout, and the fight of the common man against a celebrity is a well-scripted plot with dialogues that lighten the tension once in a while.
The film has been in the waiting for quite some time now and the excitement among Akshay’s and Emraan’s fans is soaring through the roof. It is no doubt that this film is an absolute masala comedy and the audience is surely going to enjoy watching this one.
