Meghna Gulzar‘s film Sam Bahadur is all set to hit the floors, as Fatima Sana Shaikh announces the wrap of the film with an Instagram post. Being one of the most awaited films of 2023, it stars Vicky Kaushal in the lead. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala, this film has been creating a buzz ever since its announcement. The first unit of the film was also dropped a few months ago, with the announcement of its release date, as 1st December. It is going to be quite a task waiting this long for a movie that looks and sounds this exciting.
In her recent post, Fatima Shaikh announced the wrap of the film, with pictures from the set of Sam Bahadur. In the post, she thanked the director for being such an inspiration and said how it was her passion and clarity on what she wanted to make, that made her want to work harder. Alongside this, she also thanked her co-stars Vicky Kaushal and Sanya Malhotra for their contribution. The actress also shared some BTS from the shoot of the film, and it looks fun as ever!
While Vicky Kaushal plays Sam Bahadur, we will be seeing Sanya Malhotra playing Manekshaw’s wife – Siloo. While Fatima Shaikh is seen playing Indira Gandhi, former Prime Minister of India. What I am super excited about is to check out the first look of these characters, I am sure they are going to stun us all.
