The day 2 of the grand gala opening event of the exhibition ‘India in Fashion’ at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre was all about celebration of art and fashion in India and at the Global stage. A showcase of over 140 stunning pieces of India-inspired costumes that tell the story of our country’s impact on global fashion between the 18th and 21st century was patronized at the newest heritage home. To experience the exhibition at the NMACC, the stars from Hollywood and Bollywood descended the pink carpet, along with the VIPs from the art fraternity, fashion designers amoung other commendable enthusiasts. The spectators brough their best game in fashion to create an iconic mood board for the glamorous and artful night. Gigi Hadid

So Indian, so iconic- Gigi Hadid stepped in donning a modernistic rendition of a classic white and gold saree by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. The chikankari saree with a heavy embellished gold blouse is thoughtfully paired with a chunky stack of gold bangles.

Zendaya

The Euphoria actress arrives in a midnight blue sheer saree by Rahul Mishra. Sheer and abloom with wilderness-core botanicals, the handcrafted piece is brought together with a gold leaf blouse.

The epitome of graceful fashion in fusion with modern art, the mother daughter duo cascaded at the pink carpet donning Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. Nita Mukesh Ambani went for an ivory cape with gold details and Isha Ambani Piramal wore a sartorial rouge gown and an embellished cape.
