I still remember the first time I watched this film and was enthralled by it back in 2013. It has been 10 years since, but I think the fandom of this film has only grown in multitudes. Directed by Ayan Mukerji and starring some of the biggest stars – Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Aditya Roy Kapoor & Kalki Koechlin, this coming-of-age film was a hit among people of all ages. To celebrate this feat, the cast and crew reunited and Dharma’s official account shared some pictures.
The picture made me absolutely nostalgic for the group picture they took in the hills, during the shoot of the film. The cast has proven that true bonds exist beyond film projects and how important they are. Ironically that also happens to be the plot of the film! Also present at this reunion were Karan Johar, Ayan Mukerji, Kunal Roy Kapoor, Pritam among others.
Is it just me or do you also secretly hope that Ayan Mukerji and Karan Johar come together once again for part 2 of this film. For now, we can only hope!
