Vidya Balan has taken on another thriller, as she sets out to play a detective in her next film titled Neeyat. The film is directed by Anu Menon, co-produced by Prime Videos and stars names like Ram Kapoor, Rahul Bose, Prajakta Koli, and many more. The team recently dropped the trailer of the film, and it looks exciting as ever. There are a lot of questions raised, to a lot of people, but will Vidya’s character find the answers to all her questions? We will have to wait and find out, until then, check out the trailer below…
The trailer starts off all happy-go-lucky as the Kapoors gather to celebrate Mr Kapoor. But soon, things go downhill as we see Mr Kapoor jumping off a cliff. Here’s when Vidya comes in as the detective, as she claims that this was no suicide, but a murder. Everyone who was present at the party is now a suspect. Some are close to the victim, some not so close, but there is a killer among them without a doubt and it surely looks like a long night trying to figure that out. Was it an inside job? What could be the motive behind the murder? You can trust Vidya to answer all these questions as the story unfolds…
