Mrunal Thakur after her stellar performance in Lust Stories 2 is now making her way down south. Her last Southern film Sita Raman, alongside Dulquer Salmaan, was a smashing hit. The actress now has Hi Nanna lined up for release which also stars Nani. The film was earlier titled Nani 30 but has now been renamed to Hi Nanna. The makers of the announcement by dropping the first look of the film along with a poster.
In the poster we see Nani carrying a child on his shoulders, the child also happens to be playing his daughter in the film. We also have Mrunal Thakur featured on the poster, smiling away and looking up at the child. The name of the film translates to ‘Hi Papa’ and I cannot wait to take on this journey of the bond this father and daughter share. It is surely going to be one emotional rollercoaster. The makers also dropped the first look at the film with a short video clip. This feel-good entertainer looks promising and emotional from the first look of it. The film is also set to star Angad Bedi making his south debut with this movie, and this will mark as Mrunal and Angad’s second collaboration after Lust Stories 2. The film is directed by Shouryuv and is slated for a 21st December 2023 release.
