Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol are immensely loved for their special film ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ and were the most loved on-screen couple. Their chemistry is truly unmatched and they just fit so well together in every film. This film starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol is still widely loved and still runs in Maratha Mandir in Mumbai and the audience still goes there to watch this film. Kajol and King Khan reveal a few interesting facts about this film including how they took 17 takes for this one scene.
In an interview posted by Yash Raj Films, courtesy of NDTV, Kajol, and Shah Rukh Khan spoke about how the scene where Kajol wakes up in the morning after a night of not being in her senses, she asks Shah Rukh Khan about what happened the previous night and then he jokes with her about what they did and he had kiss marks on his chest. The BTS of this scene was incredibly fun and they couldn’t stop laughing! This scene had to be shot 17 times which angered the directors and you can see the laughter in their eyes in the scene. They also spoke about other funny parts of the film and how Shah Rukh Khan playing Raj was portrayed as a typical ‘born and brought up abroad character’ with him buying beer and playing football whereas Simran was a typical hopeless romantic who believes there is someone in this world made for her.
