In the latest episode of Bigg Boss OTT season 2, viewers witnessed drama unfold yet again. There were moments like heated arguments, how far the contestants would go to remove Jiya Shankar as captain, and even emotional moments. These twists have surely got us hooked onto the show.

1. Bebika Dhurve Fights With Jiya Shankar
Bebika Dhurve gets into an intense argument with Jiya Shankar in the morning when Cyrus Broacha asked Bebika to cook ‘roti’ for him and to this Jiya replies and says that ‘roti’ was not a part of his ration. Bebika then argues and says her heart is big and she will give him from the general ration and Jiya should not interfere which led to Bebika nagging Jiya and constantly trying to provoke her. Bebika then goes to Pooja Bhatt and calls Jiya ‘dumb evil.’
2. Captaincy Task
To prove her captaincy, Jiya Shankar had to sit on a throne in the garden area and stay put for 3 hours until someone could try and make her get up. The contestants were allowed to put various items on her and make her get up. Abhishek Malhan initially tried to put red chilli powder in her eyes but everyone stopped him, Bebika and Manisha Rani kept spraying shaving foam on her and contestants even put aftershave on her skin right after the chilli powder and other ingredients to amplify the pain. Jiya cried and called them evil but refused to get up. Avinash Sachdev, who is Jiya’s close friend kept going and putting water on her to ease her pain which led to him getting into an argument with other contestants. Jad Hadid also got into a heated argument with the contestants because he couldn’t stand seeing Jiya get hurt.
3. Jiya Shankar Becomes Captain Again
Jiya Shankar overcomes all the pain and eventually stays put for 3 hours which leads her to become the captain of the house again for this week. She then thanks god and heads in for a shower. Post becoming a captain again, there was chaos in the house with all the arguments that took place during the captaincy task. Contestants argued with Abhishek and even Falaq Naazz. Bebika got into a heated argument with Jad because she claims he spat seeing her. Bebika keeps nagging Jiya on becoming the captain again and every time Jad says something to Bebika, she taunts Jiya about being a bad captain and supporting bad people.
4. Bebika Dhurve Refuses To Cook For Abhishek Malhan And Jad Hadid
Bebika creates chaos in the kitchen and refuses to cook for Abhishek as well as Jad because she doesn’t like them and she makes this decision very clear to Jiya. Manisha then tries to tell her not to involve food in personal conflicts to which Bebika refuses to agree. Falaq then takes the initiative and says that she will cook for them instead of Bebika.
5. Manisha Rani Has An Emotional Moment With Jiya Shankar
Manisha cried to Jiya because Jad told her that she will not speak to her because of the things she did and to that Manisha said okay. Jiya then tells Jad to apologize to Manisha and make amends with her to which Jad agrees and apologizes. Manisha calls his apology half-hearted but says okay. Later on, Manisha cries to Jiya about all this and explains how she did whatever she did only because of the task and not for personal reasons.
This episode was some shocking moments, from some really ruthless activities that the contestants did to steal captaincy from Jiya to even Bebika refusing to make food for fellow contestants, this season sure is keeping me thoroughly engaged. I am looking forward to Salman Khan’s reaction specifically to this episode because of the extent to which the contestants went to fight for captaincy and take Jiya down. Also, with Bebika’s bare improvement in behaviour even after everything Salman said to her in the previous ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode, the coming weekend episode sure is going to keep me at the edge of my seat.
