Oh My God created waves among the audience for the social message it sent out when it first released. This Akshay Kumar starrer was an absolute blockbuster as the audience related to its deep and meaningful message and the way it was presented. The film is back with a sequel, and a new social message for the viewers. Akshay Kumar initially had only revealed his OMG 2 First Look & Release Date from the film, where was seen dressed up as Lord Shiva. He has now dropped the first look of Yami Gautam, who will be essaying the role of a Lawyer. Check out her look below…
Yami on the poster is seen dressed in a lawyer robe, looking stern and focused. The makers haven’t released the trailer of the film yet, so from the first look, she definitely looks like she’s a woman on a mission. Apart from Akshay and Yami, the film also stars Pankaj Tripathi. This time the plot of the film raises the issue surrounding the Indian Education System. We know it has got its own shortcomings, and a film like this will give you a glimpse into it while also taking you on a laughter riot.
The film is directed by Amit Rai and is slated to release on 11th August, just before the Independence Day weekend. The film also clashes with the Gadar 3 release, and I cannot wait to see how the audience receives this sequel.
