Ayushmann Khuranna and Ananya Panday’s starrer ‘Dream Girl 2’ has been one of the most anticipated films ever since the exciting videos on their socials and the teaser. The audience got to see exciting glimpses of Ayushmann Khuranna‘s character and that has made everyone so curious. They recently introduced Ananya Panday’s character ‘Pari’ and her look and she looks absolutely stunning. Now the team has dropped the trailer which has only increased my anticipation towards this film.
In the trailer we see Ayushmann playing ‘Karamveer’ dressing up as a lady named ‘Pooja’ and impersonating the voice of a woman. He falls in love with ‘Pari’ played by Ananya Panday but Ananya’s father wants her to marry rich and gives him 6 months to collect the money therefore he dresses as Pooja and many men in the area fall for Pooja. Ayushmann then marries Abhishek Banerjee for the money as his family will pay Pooja to marry their son. A series of events unfold as we see the chaos and the drama unfold which is truly hilarious. Ayushmann also does a performance on a song and it was truly entertaining to watch this trailer.
This trailer has got me eagerly waiting for the film as we see Ayushmann embodying the character of Pooja perfectly and the hilarious events that unfold as the trailer proceeds. This Ekta Kapoor film promises entertainment and laughter and I count days for this film till 25th August,2023!
