Rashmika Mandanna who has Pushpa 2 lined up for release with Allu Arjun next, took to Instagram today to announce her next project. The actress revealed that she will be working with Dhabush on this one. The film will mark the first collaboration between Dhanush and Rashmika Mandanna. In addition, it will also mark Dhanush’s debut in Telugu films. The makers released a concept poster of #D51 ahead of Dhanush’s birthday, which falls on July 28. In the video, Rashmik said, “Today, I have a big surprise for all of you, and I am very excited about this one.” She then unveiled the poster of D51 with her name on it. This marks Rashmika’s first film with Dhanush. She is set to star opposite Dhahnish in this film, and will also be seen romancing him in this one. She was last seen in Vijay’s Varisu, which turned out to be a hit even though it received negative reviews from the audience. Dhanush is currently working on his film Captain Miller also, recently shared Dhanush’s first look from Captain Miller and will start with this project once he wraps that up.
The makers haven’t revealed much about this project or its plot, I am eagerly waiting for more updates on this. It would be interesting to see the magic these two create on the big screen as a romantic pair.
