Jee Le Zaraa is one of the most anticipated films ever since the announcement was made by Zoya Akhtar. This film initially starred Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif, and Alia Bhatt but now reportedly Katrina and Priyanka have backed off from this film. Now Zoya Akhtar has revealed the delay of this film and has given a reason.
In an exclusive conversation with India Today, Zoya Akhtar said “We are just waiting for the dates [of the actors].” This statement hinted at the delay of the film which was supposed to start shooting in 2023 but is shelved for now. Zoya Akhtar has not revealed whether the cast remains the same or has been changed. Even Alia Bhatt’s confirmation in this film has not been made yet. This film will mark the return of Farhan Akhtar to his director seat after Don 2 which was released back in 2011. This film will be about three friends who go on a trip together.
This film was announced in 2021 and received plenty of hype from the audience. I eagerly await more updates on this film and I am very curious a as to who will be featured in this Zoya and Farhan Akhtar film!
