Ayushmann Khurrana is all set to take on the big screen with Dream Girl 2 releasing this Friday. There were a lot of questions raised as to when will everyone’s beloved Pooja return to the big screen and everyone had their eyes peeled for one look of hers. Pooja is all set to display her charm and magic, but before that, did you know that the Dream Girl 2 team had to undergo censorship twice? Here is the list of cuts it had to face from the CBFC.

The CBFC granted Ayushmann Khurrana’s Dream Girl 2 a U/A certificate on 16th August. However, to achieve this U/A certificate, according to a report in Bollywood Hungama, the film had to undergo a lot of cuts in terms of scenes and muting words. A dialogue on circumcision, ‘Phir se khatna karwaoonga, jitna bhi bacha hai’, was deleted along with the visuals. They were also asked to modify the dialogue ‘Behen kyun de di‘. Lastly, the Board also directed the makers to insert an anti-smoking ad before the start of the second half and add an anti-smoking sticker during the smoking scenes. Apart from this, the makers recently dropped another song from the film, where you see Ayushmann dancing to an item number.
