This untitled YRF spy universe film has been in talks and now there’s an update on when the film will go on floors. According to a report from Pinkvilla, Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh are set to become YRF’s first female super spies, joining Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Hrithik Roshan in India’s most successful movie universe. To prepare for the action-packed roles, both actresses will undergo an intensive three-month training program, including mixed martial arts. This mega-scale film demands peak physical condition from them, and they’ll begin their training once they wrap up their current projects. It’s a thrilling addition to the Bollywood universe!

According to Pinkvilla, in May 2024, Alia and Sharvari will kick off shooting for this high-octane action film in Mumbai, and their globetrotting adventures will take them to multiple international locations. Currently in the developmental phase, the film is set to enter pre-production by year-end. Alia’s plate is full as she’s gearing up to start Vasant Bala’s thriller next month in Mumbai, while Sanjay Bhansali’s musical, co-starring Ranveer Singh, is scheduled to roll early next year. As for Sharvari, she’s currently sharing the screen with John Abraham in Vedaa.
