Anees Bazmee’s last film Bhool Bhulaiyya 2 starring Kartik Aaryan was an absolute hit and loved by audiences all over and have been eagerly awaiting the third part of the film ever since its release. The film lived up to the hype of the first part and Kartik Aaryan was also appreciated for his efforts. The director had a film in the works with Shahid Kapoor but that has been scrapped due to some differences. The director is now back to working on Bhool Bhulaiyya 3.
As per a report in Bollywood Hungama, it is said that Anees had plans of making a double-role comedy film with Shahid Kapoor but that has been scrapped due to a fallout between the two. Any other director in the industry would face a setback and take time to bounce back into the game. But Anees is one unstoppable force and has already started working on his next film with Kartik Aayan. The director has started working on the script for Bhool Bhulaiyya 3 and it will be ready to go on floors in February 2024. The film is targeted to release during the Diwali 2024 weekend along with Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 5.
