Tabu, Ali Fazal and Wamiqa Gabbi are all set to come together for a project that has caught everyone’s attention and has me super intrigued. This stellar cast has been brought together by filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj, for his next project with Netflix titled ‘Khufiya‘. This spy thriller is all set to take you on a journey of love, loyalty, betrayal and revenge. There’s a lot to take in for sure, but let’s take a look at the trailer of this film to know what’s cooking! Check out the trailer below…

Tabu who plays a RAW agent, is on a hunt to find out who could be the one leaking their highly secretive data. Here first doubt is Ali Fazal‘s character and the sudden increase in his spending makes him a clear target. But maybe all is not as it looks as Ali Fazal denies being a traitor to the country in the trailer. Wamiqa Gabbi also plays a very interesting role in this Vishal film. It has got drama, action and a whole lot of suspense. Will Tabu be able to catch the one leaking the secrets of the nation before it blows out of proportion? We will have to wait and watch!

Vishal Bhardwaj shares,

“I have always been very fascinated with the world of espionage and am truly excited to explore this genre with Khufiya. This film gave me a chance to reunite with Tabu, and work for the very first time with two very talented actors- Ali Fazal and Wamiqa Gabbi. It also marks my first creative collaboration with Netflix which has been both exciting and rewarding. I cannot wait to share this thrilling and powerful story with Netflix’s audiences across 190 countries

Tabu, who plays a pivotal role in the film added saying…

I am so happy to be once again working with my favorite director Vishal Bhardwaj as we reunite for the third time after Haider and Maqbool. Vishal’s unique vision and storytelling have always intrigued me, and Khufiya is no exception. Super excited for Netflix audiences to watch Khufiya on 5 October

Written and directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, this film looks as promising as ever from the trailer itself. Catch this Tabu starrer only on Netflix, from 5th October onwards.
