Akshay Kumar is all set to take on another interesting role in his next film titled Mission Raniganj: The Great Bharat Rescue. The film is based on a real-life story, of a braveheart, Jaswant Singh Gill, a heroic engineer who saved the lives of 65 miners from the flooded coal mines. The makers recently dropped a motion poster that gave us a peek into his team of other Bravehearts who stood by him in this rescue mission. The trailer starts off with a number of miners trying to rush out of a mine, while one rushes in to announce that the water has burst inside the cave. In comes Akshay Kumar‘s character, as a fearless rescue trained officer who While everyone loses hope, Jaswant Singh Gill does not give up. He is ready to take on this mission even if he manages to save one life out of this tragedy. The rest is history as we know it. This heart-racing trailer surely gets you hooked on to the story and I am sure it will make for a great watch in the cinemas.
This Tinu Suresh Desai directorial is all set to release on 6th October 2023. It also stars names like Akshay Kumar, Parineeti Chopra, Kumud Mishra, Pavan Malhotra, Ravi Kishan and more. The film is said to be produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh and Ajay Kapoor.
