Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi starrer Jawan is making waves all over and how! This Atlee directorial has raked in some record-breaking numbers at the box office, by collecting Rs. 75 Crores at the domestic box office and Rs. 150 Crores at the international box office. The fans have been pouring out their love on this SRK blockbuster and there is no stopping to it.
Actress Nayanthara who stars opposite Shahrukh in this film, was seen at the Mumbai airport with her husband Vignesh leaving the city after the release of the film. The paps at the airport said ‘Jawan movie nahi festival hai’, which translates to ‘Jawan is not a film, it is a festival’. Nayanthara was seen smiling to the cameras when the paps said this. And rightly so, the release does feel like festival based on how the fans have been celebrating. From garlanding his posters, to beating drums outside cinema halls in celebration, to some even bursting crackers and throwing money in the air inside cinemas halls.
