The Nun 2: Fans Review This Horror Flick, Call It Better Than Its First Part

The Nun 2 is the latest instalment in the Conjuring Universe and was released just yesterday. The film brings back the iconic ‘Valak’ character which gave a lot of people nightmares in its first instalment. In this part, the Valak is back and with a lot of vengeance. She is back for Sister Irene and it is a schoolgirl who first spots the spirit of Valak in one of the school’s corridors. The Valak is here to take the power back it was stripped off, by God. The journey is going to be nothing less than spine-chilling and I am all here for it. The film was released just yesterday and the audience had a mixed set of reactions towards it. Some seemed to thoroughly enjoy every bit of it and found it more exciting and terrifying than the first part…

Screened The Nun 2 and it was everything I wanted the first one to be. Well-utilized jump scares with very creative visuals. Valak is back and even more sinister than before. Michael Chaves’ best work to date.

Yo, I just watched The Nun 2 and will go with 8,5 for the rate.

Quick review: Long build up, low intensity, but the tension was still there. Not that type of horror movie that will make you fainted, just typical of sequel it is.

The Nun 2 had the same formula as other The Conjuring Universe movies. However, if you compare the two movies in this franchise, the latest one is better.
