The most awaited title of Rajinikanth’s next film is finally unveiled. Fans of the megastar were eagerly waiting for the makers of the film to reveal the title of Thalaivar 170 and it’s here! Rajinikanth’s next film is titled ‘Vettaiyan’ and it seems from the short video clip that the superstar is going to be seen in his famous action packed avatar in the movie. The film is going to be directed by TJ Gnanavel and features an ensemble cast including Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier and Fahadh Faasil in key roles. The impressive title reveal video opens with the character of Rajinikanth reading a book on freedom fighter Subash Chandra Bose. The title reveal video shows Rajinikanth walking in his legendary style and carrying a long and heavy stick. He is also seen firing a gun in the short glimpse of the film and rocking black shades.
Amitabh Bachchan is also going to make an appearance in the film in an extended cameo role. The release date of ‘Vettaiyan’ is yet to be revealed. The soundtrack of the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. On Rajinikanth’s 73rd birthday, his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth unveiled a new poster and teaser video of the megastar’s film ‘Lal Salaam‘ which is being directed by Aishwarya herself.
