In conversation with Siddharth Kannan, Dabboo Ratnani shared how Hrithik Roshan had called him much before his film debut for a portfolio shoot. Dabboo Ratnani also shared how he borrowed some jackets for the ‘Fighter’ actor from his friend and took them for this shoot. “I helped him to get the clothes because he didn’t have everything ready and wanted to do the shoot quickly. He reminded me that I was his school senior, I remembered him then. He asked if he could pay me two-three days after the shoot, I agreed and said no stress,” Dabboo Ratnani shared. He further revealed how he was unaware of Hrithik being Rakesh Roshan’s son and was blown away by the confidence and expression Hrithik was giving for the first portfolio of his life. Hrithik Roshan apparently did not disclose his identity because he did not want to create any pressure on the photographer, revealed Dabboo Ratnani. “I told him because we were in the same school and I know your dad, I won’t charge you the full amount, so pay only 50 percent. For two weeks he forgot to send the money, then I asked my assistant to call him because I had to pay my staff. The same night, he sent me the full amount, not the discounted amount,” shared Dabboo Ratnani.
