The film “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya,” starring Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon, finds itself in the spotlight once again. However, this time, it’s not for its star-studded cast or intriguing storyline, but for the recent cuts mandated by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The film revolves around the plot of Kriti Sanon playing the role of a robot, while Shahid Kapoor finds out this much after falling in love with her and introducing her to her parents. The film had some cuts made by the CBFC Board, check out the list below…

According to reports, the CBFC has ordered a cut in a specific scene featuring a ‘sex act’ involving the lead pair of the film. The board has deemed it necessary to reduce the duration of the intimate sequence by 25%, resulting in the removal of approximately nine seconds of footage. The scene, originally 36 seconds long, has now been edited down to 27 seconds. In the second half of the movie, the word ‘daru’ (alcohol) has been replaced with ‘drink,’ reflecting the board’s efforts to promote responsible messaging regarding substance use. Furthermore, the CBFC has mandated the addition of an anti-smoking static message in Hindi, to be displayed in larger and more readable fonts. This initiative aligns with the board’s ongoing efforts to raise awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco consumption and promote a smoke-free environment.
