Homi Adajania’s Murder Mubarak features an ensemble cast starring Dimple Kapadia, Pankaj Tripathi, Vijay Varma, Karisma Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Sanjay Kapoor, Tisca Chopra, Suhail Nayyar, and Aashim Gulati. During the trailer launch of this upcoming mystery thriller film, Sara Ali Khan drew some honest comparisons between her character in the film and her real self. Here’s what Sara Ali Khan had to say…

Sara Ali Khan opened up about her ‘Murder Mubarak’ role and how she is way more different than her character in the film. “We are very different. What do I say? Both me and ‘Bambi Todi’ have been born maybe in a world of privilege. The main difference is that ‘Bambi’ is oblivious to her privilege in a certain way. She just expects it to be that way because she doesn’t know any better. I recognize the privilege that I come from. I think I have a slightly more real upbringing to her as a result of which I think I may be more sensitive than she is. I think she is more stylish than I am and she is also a kleptomaniac, which you will find out. And I am not, or at least I have to say I am not,” Sara Ali Khan shared.

I’m truly excited to watch so many talented actors in one film! The trailer for ‘Murder Mubarak’ looks intriguing and promises to be a thrilling experience. Produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films, ‘Murder Mubarak’ is set for a Netflix release on March 15.
